A type of problem due to which a person cannot act as a normal person, known as disable person, In the other words, The particular condition in which the part of a body or mind has been damaged or stopped working permanently is known as disability or handicap.
A person with such condition known as handicapped or disable person. There is another word used in India for handicap (viklang) people that is “Divyang” (Person having special ability)
